Since the early 1990's, Scott Smeester has been a key player on executive teams
and boards for numerous startups and emerging growth companies, directly involved
in the development and growth of the sales and marketing. Scott always hoped to
be introduced to a sales and marketing firm with strong systems and processes that
could be relied upon to grow profitable sales, with no doubt that the job would
be done - continuously, predictably and reliably. Alas, he never did discover that
firm and thus had to learn, test and implement all the systems and processes on
his own.

processes and systems so well that the company could actually boast that what their
company sells is a sales stream that can be trusted to grow at a better than reasonable
level.
